Oven consists of two cooking compartments for baking and roasting. Each compartment has an interior baking area of 42" wide x 32" deep x 7" high. Burner door opens easily for ignition, cleaning or adjustment without removal of any fastenings. Vitreous fiber insulation at top, back, sides, bottom and doors. Counter balanced doors. Heavy chrome plated tubular steel door handles. Angle iron frame and aluminized steel combustion chamber and baking compartment. Steel oven deck. Free-floating, easily removable duplex-tube burner with removable fixed orifices on main and pilot burner. Main gas valve, temperature control valve and safety pilot valve fully within section body and are accessible through a covered and ventilated compartment in front. Air mixers with adjustable air shutters and locking device. Temperature control range from 300ºF to 650ºF. The large cooking area accomodates items such as large pizza, bread loaves and roasts.
